The Division New Talents in 1.3 Underground Update

There are lots of things coming to The Division when 1.3 Underground update hits. There will be a new challenge, new weapons and new gears. But that's not all, also in the list of the new stuff coming to the game, are the new 1.3 talents which will be shown to you by Arekkz Gaming below.

He noted of three weapon talents, and they are:

• Focused: When no skills are on cooldown, your weapon damage is increased by 12.50%

• Decisive: Killing a target will make your next shot with the weapon be an automatic critical hit.

• Distracted: Your damage is increased by 100% against blind/deaf targets

Focus provides a damage boost on top of other abilities, and provides an edge for players because of its quick-rolling skills. The second talent which is Decisive is pretty interesting as it might counter a recent nerf to The Division's critical hit chance. In fact, this talent may actually give you a 100% crit hit chance. The last one, which is the Distracted talent will make your flashbang attacks incredibly strong and it will work pretty well with the B.L.I.N.D gear set.
