Here are the new skill %s, and the cooldown values are exactly the same as they were in T4. The absolute value of all skills has been removed (x%+xxxx)

Triple Orbs 

*Lv11: 1318% per orb

Linear Ray:

*Lv1: 698%

*Lv6: 1203%

*Lv11: 1510%

*Lv16: 1817%

EX = Range Increase 1-2: 50%->80%

Force Shield:

*10% proc chance

*24% phy dmg reduction

*24% mag dmg reduction

*40% DMG increase

Nine Tail Laser

*Lv1: 1704%

*Lv6: 2107%

*Lv11: 2510%

*Lv16: 2914%

EX = +50% DMG, -20% critical Resist for 10sec so the up-time is 77% if the skill is used off cd.

Force Mirror:

*12sec summon duration

*12sec debuff duration

*Magic Damage increase is fixed at +20%

EX = same as before 

Spectrum Ray:

*Lv1: 1452%

*Lv6: 2050%

*Lv11: 2648%

EX +60% DMG

Laser Cutter:

EX: +80% Explosion damage up from +50%. So the skill coefficient seems to be 5.26 instead of 4,66 (1.33 + 1.30 + 1.33 + 1,30). So the skill % is 29393 if all of the 26 hits land.

Total skill %: 5588% x 5.26 = 29393% (still hits nothing lol)

Lv65 Passive:

*+10% cd reduction

EX Instant (Lv90 Skill) 

When you use Force Wave (Void Blast-Mystic) , Spectrum Ray EX becomes instant, when you hit with Force Wave, Spectrum Ray EX's CD recovers 25 sec. +5% damage increase. 

(Spectrum Shower and instant CD is not shared)

So that would be 4456% x2 with the EX- Instant 8912%.
