How to Earn Free Founder's Packs in Albion Online

Exciting news! To start their Winter Alpha – starting on the 26th – off with a bang, for a short time only the team behind Albion Online is offering fans the chance to get hold of a free founder’s pack so they can join in with us!

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO DO?

• Register an account on our website.
• Go to your My Account page, then click on “Invite Friends”
• Share your referral link and get some friends to purchase a founder’s pack through your link
• Logging enough referrals could net you a free founder’s pack.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The promotion retroactively counts referrals made from the 12th of January 2015 and lasts all the way through until the 9th of February. Referrals made up until this date will give you points, which will then be counted and converted into founder’s packs during the test. The first conversion day for points will be the 26th, so your referrals could even get you a last-minute boost into the upcoming alpha test!

Packs will be given based on a points system, whereby each referral earns you a certain number of points, and earning enough points will allow you to redeem those points in return for a founder’s pack. See the table below for the points you can earn through referrals:

And here’s a table showing your goals for each founder tier. When you reach 50 points, for example, you’ll receive a free legendary pack.

You’ll be able to check your points total at any time on your My Account page on our website under Invite Friends -> Referrals.

The points totals also roll over and there is no limit on the number of packs you can earn; meaning that earning 65 points will get you a Legendary and Veteran pack, earning 75 points will get you a Legendary and Epic pack, and earning 100 points will get you 2x Legendary packs, and so on.

Accumulated point totals will be checked and converted into founder’s packs on our prearranged conversion days:

-Conversion day 1: 25th January

-Conversion day 2: 3rd February

-Conversion day 3: 8th February

The keys will then be distributed to their rightful owners on the following days; so on the 26th, 4th and 8th.

This promotion gives fans who haven’t been able to get hold of a key an extra chance to earn a free founder’s pack, along with all of the associated rewards, by referring other players and getting their friends involved in our great community. It also allows current founders to earn more packs; either to give to friends, or to collect more items and in-game currency for themselves!

Remember that Epic and Legendary packs offer access not only to this alpha, but also to a subsequent Summer Alpha and closed beta testing!

Additionally applicable are the following terms and conditions:

• The promotion is active from the 12th of January 2015 to the 9th of February 2015. Only referred purchases made on or before the 9th of February will count for this promotion.
• Accumulated point totals will be converted into founder’s packs on conversion days on the 26th of January, and the 1st and 9th of February. Surplus points on the first and second days will carry over to the final day on the 9th of February. Any surplus points on the 9th of February will be void.
• A new member must register and purchase a pack via a referral link for the referral to log
• If a referred member is fraudulent or obtains a refund for his or her purchase, his or her purchase will not count towards your score in this promotion
• If a player obtains a founder’s pack through this promotion, but later refunds a previously purchased pack, or it is discovered that any of the referrals were fraudulent, we reserve the right to retroactively disregard the points earned via these referrals and adjust or void the founder’s pack received via this promotion.
• Earned packs can be shared on and gifted to other players. See the “gift” function in the account section of our website
• Packs cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for other services that Albion Online offers.
• Referrers are not permitted to repeatedly spam their link amongst other websites and communities.
